An Evening with The Greg Silva Trio +1 (CANCELLED)

Original Music. Great Musicians. A Relaxed Evening You’ll Enjoy.

There’s something special about hearing music performed by the people who wrote it.

Join The Greg Silva Trio +1 for an evening of original music that blends jazz, Latin, blues, funk, and pop into a sound that’s both familiar and fresh. Every song is an original composition, brought to life by four seasoned musicians who enjoy playing together, and it shows.

Featuring:

Greg Silva – Vocals & Bass

Lance Van Lenten – Alto & Tenor Saxophone

Jeff Williams – Keyboards

Mike Casano – Drums

Influenced by artists such as Bill Evans, Miles Davis, Dave Holland, Oscar Peterson, and Charlie “Bird” Parker, the band creates music that’s melodic, rhythmic, and full of personality. There are moments to sit back and listen, moments that make your foot tap, and plenty of room for the musicians to interact in the way only live music can.

Whether you’re a jazz fan, appreciate great musicianship, or are simply looking for a wonderful night out on Cape Cod, this concert offers something a little different. It’s a chance to hear original music in an intimate setting, performed with heart, skill, and genuine enjoyment.

In the press:

“The Greg Silva Trio + 1 present a fine display of talent in these tracks. More importantly, these tracks reflect Silva’s growing power as a jazz composer. Each track works at the higher level of the art, offering distinct personalities, emotions, and a variety of dramatic sequences. These are jazz pieces that tell a story while delighting the ear with their embraceable sounds. The Greg Silva Trio +1 – Her Autumn Sky.”
