Cut, Copy & Paste : a Monoprinting Course

Open to students of any level, this course will focus on experimentation, generating new ideas, and refining existing ones. Personal instruction and group demonstrations will convey a variety of ways to create monoprints, including working reductively, additively, and with multiple plates. We will explore tracing, painting directly, using stencils, masking, pronto plates, collage, and more. Find new ways to combine images within your prints, all within the flexible and malleable process of monoprinting.
