HYANNIS HYARTS CULTUAL DISTRICT:

Located in the thriving Cape Cod seaside village of Hyannis, the state designated Hyannis HyArts Cultural District offers year-round cultural experiences including galleries, artist shanties along the harbor, outdoor performances, festivals, self-guided walking trails, museums, community art spaces, public art, shopping, dining, live music and so much more! Managed by ARTS Barnstable it supports artists and cultural enterprises, making the area a vibrant destination for residents and visitors to have art-full days, year-round!  The Town has partnered with many local and regional arts organizations to establish the Hyannis HyArts Cultural District as a regional center for the creative and performing arts.

A popular program at Hyannis Harbor where local artists create and sell their custom wares.

HyARTS campus | The Cultural Center of Cape Cod downtown Hyannis Campus : Includes the Art Barn, a kid’s maker space, Flameworks studio for small glass art and jewelry making, the BIRD HOUSE rotating artist studio currently featuring Sculptor Neil Grant and SKETCH PAD for guest artist in residency space where artists stay and make art in the studio and display in their own gallery for 6 -7 weeks and teach workshops and classes.

Events & Activities: The Hyannis HyArts District hosts various events, including free events like music performances and art walks, as well as festivals.
